Thrive is a new FREE monthly singing and music project for older people who may have dementia, Parkinson's or mobility issues. This is a partnership project between Edinburgh Community Performing Arts (ECPA) and Forget Me Notes.

The project will run on the last Friday of the month from October 2026 to November 2027 from 10.15am - 12pm. There will be free refreshments and an opportunity to socialise, we'll sing a variety of songs and also make our own music and rhythms using percussion instruments.​

Venue: Classes are held at DN Studios, 9b South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh EH12 9EB.
